SUMMER SOMEWHERE
Yea, yea, we all know the planet on which we live is a spinning ball of dichotomies. One’s winter is inevitably someone else’s summer. Look at New Zealand, or Australia, or Timbuktu. Besides, it’s summertime all year round here in LA. So, I’ve picked a few of my favorite summer tunes for my winter playlist. But don’t be fooled by the song titles and sunny sentiments…all these offerings are deeply rooted in the key of Winter.
